Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania produktów z tworzyw sztucznych, w którym stosowana może być przede wszystkim metoda wtrysku, zaś wytwarzane produkty, to lekkie wyroby o niewielkich gabarytach bądź główne funkcjonalne elementy takich wyrobów. Sposób wytwarzania produktów z tworzyw sztucznych, w szczególności metodą wtrysku polega na tym, że wytwarzane są produkty, jako lekkie wyroby o niewielkich gabarytach bądź główne funkcjonalne elementy takich wyrobów, a wytwarzanie następuje z co najmniej jednego tworzywowego granulatu kompozytowego, który jest choćby w części biodegradowalny, zaś granulat zawiera co najmniej jeden wypełniacz organiczny, w postaci łusek, mączki bądź włókien. Granulat uplastycznia się w temperaturze z przedziału od 160°C do 190°C oraz formuje się go w dedykowanej dla niego formie, stanowiącej patrycę, w produkt. Proces prowadzi się przy użyciu dwóch granulatów, z których jeden będący granulatem polipropylenu stanowi od 60 do 80 części wagowych mieszaniny granulatów, a drugi stanowiąc od 20 do 40 części wagowych mieszaniny granulatów, będąc granulatem kompozytowym zawierającym włókna drzewne w ilości do 25 części objętościowych wagowych i łuski palonej kawy w ilości do 15 części wagowych. Jako produkt wytwarzany w schłodzonej do temperatury nie większej niż 80°C formie, wytwarza się drobne narzędzia, bądź przybory budowlane, w szczególności malarskie.
