Abstract

Urządzenie do abrazji dostosowane do podawania proszku ściernego za pomocą czynnika gazowego, zaopatrzone w źródło czynnika gazowego pod ciśnieniem; mieszalnik kolumnowy z komorą mieszania (30); przewód z końcówką roboczą. Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że komora mieszania (30) mieszalnika kolumnowego dostosowana jest do zasypywania od góry proszkiem ściernym z zasobników, poprzez zespół zaworu głównego, zaopatrzony w zawór główny. Ponadto urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że zaopatrzone jest w gniazdo zasobnika, dostosowane do przyjmowania zasobnika w pierwszym położeniu i utrzymywania zasobnika w drugim położeniu, przy czym gniazdo zasobnika wyposażone jest w zespół zabezpieczający dostosowany do ustanawiania blokady zespołu zaworu głównego, gdy zasobnik znajduje się w położeniu innym niż drugie położenie i zdejmowania blokady zaworu, gdy zasobnik znajduje się w drugim położeniu. Zespół zaworu głównego dostosowany do odcinania układu wysokociśnieniowego od mieszalnika kolumnowego oraz otwierania zaworu głównego, łączącego przestrzeń zasobnika z przestrzenią komory mieszania (30), gdy blokada zaworu głównego jest zdjęta oraz zespół otwierający zasobnik dostosowany do otwierania zasobnika podczas otwierania zaworu głównego, łączącego przestrzeń zasobnika z przestrzenią komory mieszania (30).
