Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozyt geopolimerowy zawierający materiały zmiennofazowe, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera piasek w ilości od 10% do 30 % wag., mikrosfery popiołowe w ilości od 5% do 15% wag., popiół lotny w ilości od 30% do 60% wag., cement portlandzki w ilości od 1% do 10% wag. oraz materiały zmiennofazowe w ilości od 10% do 25% wag. w odniesieniu do masy materiałów sypkich i PCM-ów kompozytu w postaci mieszaniny trzech materiałów zmiennofazowych w proporcji PCM1 : PCM2 : PCM3 wynoszącej od 1:1:0,5 do 1:1:2, przy czym materiały te pochodzą z grupy parafin. Zgłoszenie ujawnia również sposób otrzymywania kompozytu geopolimerowego zawierającego materiały zmiennofazowe i dotyczy również zastosowania kompozytu według wynalazku do wytwarzania warstw izolacyjnych na powierzchniach płaskich pionowych i poziomych w procesie natryskiwania lub do wytwarzania okładzinowych materiałów izolacyjnych.The subject of the application is a geopolymer composite containing phase change materials, which is characterized in that it contains sand in an amount of 10% to 30% by weight, ash microspheres in an amount of 5% to 15% by weight, fly ash in an amount of 30% to 60% by weight, Portland cement in an amount of 1% to 10% by weight, and phase change materials in an amount of 10% to 25% by weight in relation to the mass of bulk materials and PCMs of the composite in the form of a mixture of three phase change materials in the PCM1 : PCM2 : PCM3 proportion of 1:1:0.5 to 1:1:2, wherein these materials come from the paraffin group. The application also discloses a method for obtaining a geopolymer composite containing phase change materials and also relates to the use of the composite according to the invention for producing insulating layers on vertical and horizontal flat surfaces by means of a spraying process or for producing facing insulating materials.
