Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do rehabilitacji kończyn dla pacjentów z porażeniem obwodowego układu nerwowego. Do podstawy (1) zamocowana jest kolumna (2) o regulowanej wysokości. Na górnym końcu kolumny (2) jest osadzony wspornik (3), do którego przymocowany jest moduł (13) z aktuatorem obrotowym (5). Moduł (13) jest obrotowo zamocowany do wspornika (3), na poziomej osi a kąt jego ustawienia jest regulowany w stosunku do wspornika (3). Do modułu (13) z aktuatorem obrotowym (5) przymocowane jest ramię robocze (4), które może być ustawiane poziomo, pionowo lub skośnie. Ruch obrotowy ramienia roboczego (4) jest nadawany od aktuatora obrotowego (5) zamocowanego na module (13). Do modułu (13) z aktuatorem obrotowym (5) mocuje się wymienne ramiona robocze (4). Rehabilitowany pacjent ma na głowie założoną opaskę z elektrodami czujnika EEG (6) i opcjonalnie lub dodatkowo ma założony na mięśniu ręki czujnik EMG (7). Sygnały od czujnika EEG (6) i/lub czujnika EMG (7) są dostarczane do analizatora komputerowego (8) i stamtąd poprzez moduł sterujący (9) są kierowane do modułu (13) z aktuatorem obrotowym (5), a ten uruchamia obroty ramienia roboczego (4) z przymocowaną do niego rehabilitowaną kończyną.The subject of the application is a device for limb rehabilitation for patients with paralysis of the peripheral nervous system. The rotational movement of the operating arm (4) is transmitted from the rotary actuator (5) mounted on the module (13). Interchangeable operating arms (4) are attached to the module (13) with the rotary actuator (5). The rehabilitated patient wears a headband with EEG sensor electrodes (6) and optionally or additionally has an EMG sensor (7) attached to the hand muscle. Signals from the EEG sensor (6) and/or EMG sensor (7) are supplied to the computer analyzer (8) and from there via the control module (9) are directed to the module (13) with the rotary actuator (5), which starts the rotation of the working arm (4) with the rehabilitated limb attached to it.
