Abstract

The subject of the application is a multi-layer wall of a wooden house, particularly made of coniferous wood, and a method of making multi-layer wooden walls at a construction site. The multi-layer wall of a wooden house consists of an external wall (1), i.e. a textured layer, and an internal wall (2), i.e. a load-bearing layer, connected to each other by means of profiled connecting connectors, lacings (3). The internal wall (2) consists of superimposed square timbers (4) of coniferous wood, the width of which is from 60 mm to 120 mm and the thickness of which is from 120 mm to 200 mm. The external wall (1) consists of superimposed square timbers (4) of coniferous wood, the width of which is from 40 mm to 60 mm and the thickness of which is from 120 mm to 200 mm. The battens (3) are made of wood flats, preferably birch plywood with cross-sections from 16 mm x 20 mm to 20 mm x 20 mm, terminated on both sides with solids, and they are located at least in every second beam in the vertical spacing. In the horizontal spacing, the distance between the battens is from 600 mm to 900 mm. The first layer of the multi-layer wall is composed of plywood, preferably from 16 mm to 36 mm thick, and ribs with a cross-section height from 140 mm to 200 mm and a width equal to the free space (7) inside the multi-layer wall between the external wall (1) and the internal wall (2). Inside (7) of the multilayer wall, stiffening ribs (8) are located, with cross-sectional dimensions of not less than 60 mm x 120 mm and not more than 60 mm x width of free space (7) inside the multilayer wall reduced by at least 40 mm at a horizontal spacing of 600 mm to 800 mm. Stiffening ribs (8) are connected to the inner wall (2) by means of screws. The width of free space (7) inside the multilayer wall between the outer wall (1) and the inner wall (2), i.e. the insulating space inside the multilayer wall, is from 160 mm to 220 mm. The insulating space (7) is filled with insulating material in loose form. The edges (4) of the outer wall (1) and the inner wall (2) have a right angle of 90 degrees on each edge. The ends of the squares (4) forming the corners of the inner wall (2) are arranged alternately, first from one layer of the inner wall (2) forming the corner, then from the other layer of the inner wall (2) forming this corner. On the other hand, the ends of the squares (4) forming the corners of the outer wall (1) are cut at a 45-degree angle and connected to each other using the so-called "foreign tongue". There is glue between the overlapped squares.
