Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kask z wymiennymi elementami energochłonnymi zawierający skorupę (2) i element energochłonny (1), charakteryzujący się tym, że pomiędzy wewnętrzną powierzchnię skorupy (2) i element energochłonny (1) zainstalowana jest wkładka pośrednia (3) o powierzchni zewnętrznej zgodnej z kształtem powierzchni wewnętrznej skorupy (2) posiadająca progi pozycjonujące (4), pomiędzy którymi są gniazda pozycjonujące (5), wewnątrz których mocuje się element energochłonny (1) za pomocą złącz rozłącznych (6) składających się z elementu zewnętrznego (7) oraz elementu wewnętrznego (8) mocowanego przelotowo przez dno elementu energochłonnego (1).
