Abstract

Urządzenie do malowania krawędzi ciętych blach zawierające wózki, na których osadzone są podstawy charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowią je cztery wózki liniowe na dwóch szynach, gdzie każda para wózków jest połączona podstawą, na której mocowane są wałki (3) i rolki (4, 5), gdzie rolki malujące (5) są sprzężone z rolkami dociskowymi (4) przez pasek zębaty (15) na kole zębatym, zaś każdy wałek (3) rolki malującej wyposażony jest w rurkę (12) z otworkami wylotowymi farby na rolki malujące (5), przy czym farbę ze zbiornika do każdej rolki malującej (5) doprowadza pompa rurką doprowadzającą, zaś powrót farby do pojemnika (11) zbieranej farby zabezpiecza rurka wylotowa farby. Prędkość obrotowa wałków (3) z rolkami malującymi (5) jest powiązana z prędkością przesuwu blachy (6), a system ciśnieniowy na podstawie tej prędkości generuje odpowiednie ciśnienie tak, aby ilość wypływającej farby była zawsze optymalna. Rozstaw wałków(3) regulowany jest poprzez ich przesuwanie podstawy osadzonej na wózku po szynach z kontrolą docisku za pomocą sprężyny dociskowej. Urządzenie wyposażone jest w czujnik kontroli poziomu farby w zbiorniku z farbą. Każdy wałek (3) z rolką malującą (5) wyposażony jest w pojemnik (11) zbieranej farby. Urządzenie ma regulowany płynnie rozstaw wałków (3) zależny od szerokości blachy (6).
