Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania nawozu roślinnego na bazie odpadowych surowców spożywczych i glonów, który charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie miesza się podłoże w formie wermikulitu lub perlitu w ilości korzystnie 85% - 95% z toryfikatem będącym połączeniem, w równych ilościach wagowych, glonów brunatnych i wytłoków owocowych, a toryfikacja glonów i wytłoków odbywa się w temperaturze korzystnie 150°C-170°C w czasie korzystnie 60 - 75 minut, bez dostępu tlenu.The subject of the application is a method for producing a plant fertilizer based on waste food raw materials and algae, which is characterized in that in the first stage a substrate in the form of vermiculite or perlite is mixed in an amount of preferably 85% - 95% with torrefacted product being a combination of brown algae and fruit pomace in equal amounts by weight, and the torrefaction of algae and pomace takes place at a temperature of preferably 150°C-170°C for preferably 60 - 75 minutes, without access of oxygen.
