Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest paliwo z biomasy uszlachetnione kompozycją dodatków, mające formę pelletów, zawierające słomę konopną, osady ściekowe i trociny drewna z drzew iglastych, które charakteryzuje się tym, że jako kompozycję dodatków zawiera kompozycję kaolinu i tlenku wapnia, a w skład paliwa wchodzi: składnik I, w ilości 99% (m/m), w przeliczeniu na całkowitą masę paliwa z biomasy uszlachetnionego kompozycją dodatków, mającego formę pelletów, który to składnik I składa się ze słomy konopnej w ilości od 69% do 71% (m/m), suchych osadów ściekowych w ilości od 7% do 9% (m/m) i trocin drewna z drzew iglastych w ilości od 21% do 23% (m/m), dokładnie ze sobą zmieszanych; oraz składnik II, w ilości 1% (m/m), w przeliczeniu na całkowitą masę paliwa z biomasy uszlachetnionego kompozycją dodatków, mającego formę pelletów, który to składnik II stanowi kompozycja dodatków złożona z kaolinu w ilości od 49% do 51% (m/m) i tlenku wapnia w ilości od 49% do 51% (m/m), dokładnie ze sobą zmieszanych; które to składniki I i II są ze sobą zmieszane i dokładnie ujednorodnione, a następnie poddane procesowi granulacji.The subject of the application is a biomass fuel refined with an additive composition, in the form of pellets, containing hemp straw, sewage sludge and coniferous wood sawdust, which is characterized in that the additive composition contains a kaolin and calcium oxide composition, and the fuel comprises: component I, in the amount of 99% (m/m), calculated on the total mass of the biomass fuel refined with an additive composition, in the form of pellets, wherein component I consists of hemp straw in the amount of 69% to 71% (m/m), dry sewage sludge in the amount of 7% to 9% (m/m) and coniferous wood sawdust in the amount of 21% to 23% (m/m), thoroughly mixed together; and component II, in the amount of 1% (m/m), calculated on the total mass of biomass fuel refined with an additive composition, in the form of pellets, wherein component II is an additive composition consisting of kaolin in the amount of 49% to 51% (m/m) and calcium oxide in the amount of 49% to 51% (m/m), thoroughly mixed with each other; wherein components I and II are mixed with each other and thoroughly homogenized and then subjected to a granulation process.
