Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wydajna metoda pozyskiwania komórek macierzystych z miazgi zęba, włączając etap izolacji komórek z miazgi i ich namnażania, pozwalająca na wytworzenia surowca, który będzie mógł zostać wykorzystany w wytwarzaniu produktu leczniczego inżynierii tkankowej. Zgłoszenie dotyczy metody otrzymywania, w tym izolacji komórek macierzystych z miazgi zęba, namnażania do wytwarzania produktu inżynierii tkankowej — tj. celem metody wytwarzania komórek macierzystych miazgi zęba jest ich wykorzystanie jako substancji czynnej w produktach leczniczych terapii zaawansowanej, w szczególności w produktach inżynierii tkankowej przeznaczonych do leczenia ubytków tkanki kostnej.
