Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mikrosystem do jednoczesnej hodowli in vitro dwóch modeli komórkowych zawierający płytkę dolną (1) i płytkę górną (2) z poli(dimetylosiloksanu), przy czym warstwy są trwale połączone z zastosowaniem aktywacji plazmą tlenową, charakteryzujący się tym, że płytka górna (2) zawiera zagłębienie w postaci prostego mikrokanału (3) zaczynające się otworem wlotowym (7) prostego mikrokanału (3) i kończące otworem wylotowym (11) prostego mikrokanału (3), przy czym na środku prostego mikrokanału (3) znajduje się mikrokomora hodowlana (4) zawierająca cztery mikrosłupki (5), przy czym mikrokomora hodowlana (4) jest połączona łącznikiem (6) z położonym po przeciwnej stronie łącznika (6) zagiętym mikrokanałem, rozpoczynającym się otworem wlotowym (8) zagiętego mikrokanału i kończącym się otworem wylotowym (10) zagiętego mikrokanału, przy czym płytka dolna (1) zawiera zagłębienie w postaci zagiętego mikrokanału znajdującego się bezpośrednio pod zagiętym mikrokanałem płytki górnej (2), przy czym zagięty mikrokanał warstwy górnej tworzy z zagiętym mikrokanałem warstwy dolnej zamknięty kanał (9) o prostokątnym przekroju poprzecznym, jednocześnie otwór wlotowy (8) i otwór wylotowy (10) zagiętego mikrokanału przechodzą na wylot płytki górnej (2).
