Abstract

Automatyczny układ czyszczący dyszy, zwłaszcza drukarki 3D, wyposażony w elementy czyszczące, cechuje się tym, że do uchwytu koła pasowego (II-7) stanowiącego napęd głowicy, przymocowany jest korpus układu czyszczącego dyszę, który jest podzielony na co najmniej dwie zintegrowane ze sobą części: I-2 oraz I-7, gdzie do części (I-7) przymocowane jest ramię (I-9) szczotki (I-10) z włóknami ukierunkowanymi prostopadle do powierzchni drukującej, a do części (I-2) przymocowany jest zespół napędowy (I-3) zarządzany układem sterującym, przy czym ramię (I-9) ze szczotką (I-10) osadzone jest w łożysku tocznym (I-8) i zintegrowane ze sterującym ramieniem (I-9) serwomechanizmem.
