Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są odlewane elementy kompozytowe stosowane jako elementy konstrukcyjne w budownictwie, w budowie maszyn lub elementy funkcjonalne w ogrodnictwie, czy w gospodarstwie domowym oraz sposób ich wytwarzania. Odlewane elementy kompozytowe według wynalazku składają się z odlewanej warstwy, którą stanowi mieszanina kompozytowa z żywicy syntetycznej z utwardzaczem i rekompozytem. Mieszanina kompozytowa w szczególności zawiera żywicę poliestrową lub żywicę epoksydową lub żywicę epoksydową na bazie winyloestrowej oraz utwardzacze aminowe alifatyczne. Zaś rekompozyt są to mielone odpady poprodukcyjne lub mielone wyroby z żywic poliestrowych zbrojonych włóknem szklanym lub matą szklaną lub tkaniną szklaną albo żywic epoksydowych zbrojonych włóknem węglowym lub tkaniny węglowe. Rekompozyt po zmieleniu ma frakcję od 0,5 mm do 20 mm. Rekompozyt stanowi od 20% do 50% mieszaniny kompozytowej.The subject of the application is cast composite elements used as structural elements in construction, mechanical engineering, or as functional elements in gardening or household appliances, as well as a method for their production. The cast composite elements according to the invention consist of a cast layer, which is a composite mixture of a synthetic resin with a hardener and a recomposite. The composite mixture specifically contains polyester resin, epoxy resin, or vinyl ester-based epoxy resin, and aliphatic amine hardeners. The recomposite is ground post-production waste or ground products made of polyester resins reinforced with glass fiber, glass mat, or glass fabric, or epoxy resins reinforced with carbon fiber or carbon fabric. After grinding, the recomposite has a particle size of 0.5 mm to 20 mm. The recomposite constitutes 20% to 50% of the composite mixture.
