Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób obróbki cieplno-plastycznej stali dwufazowej z austenitem szczątkowym prowadzony poprzez austenityzowanie, walcowanie na gorąco, hartowanie i nagrzewanie stali, który charakteryzuje się tym, że stal o składzie od 0,15% do 0,22% mas. C, 4% - 5% mas. Mn, od 0,6% do 1% mas. Si, od 0,7% do 1,4% mas. Al, 0,1% - 0,3% mas. Mo, 0,02% - 0,07% mas. Nb, przy czym łączny dodatek Si oraz Al wynosi od 1,5% do 2,0% mas., a resztę stanowi Fe jest austenityzowana w temperaturze 1100°C - 1150°C, następnie walcowana na gorąco z sumarycznym stopniem gniotu min. 80% i temperaturą 850°C - 900°C podczas ostatniego odkształcenia zadanego poprzez walcowanie do grubości 5 — 12 mm, następnie chłodzi się na powietrzu z szybkością chłodzenia rdzenia nie mniejszą niż 0,8°C/s do temperatury 230°C – 250°C, ponownie nagrzewa do temperatury 400°C - 450°C, wytrzymuje w tej temperaturze 5 - 15 min i chłodzi na powietrzu do temperatury pokojowej.
