Abstract

Sposób produkcji mięsa drobiowego bez wykorzystania antybiotyków charakteryzuje się tym, że jaja brojlerów przeznaczone do wyklucia dezynfekuje się tuż po zniesieniu za pomocą wody z użyciem dwutlenku chloru i jaja zaszczepia się in ovo przeciwko kokcydiozie, po czym po wykluciu karmi się paszą wytworzoną w oparciu o materiały paszowe, pochodzenia roślinnego takie jak pszenicę, kukurydzę, pszenżyto, owies, poekstrakcyjna śruta słonecznikowa, poekstrakcyjna śruta sojowa, olej sojowy zawierający preparat ziołowy z dodatkiem chelatów aminokwasowych, dodawanym w ilości 200 g/t mieszanki paszowej, gdzie preparat zawiera 98% ziół obejmujących ostryż, pieprz, tatarak zwyczajny, mydlnice lekarską, bylice piołun, cynamonowiec oraz 0,5% dodatku sensorycznego w postaci tymolu naniesionych na matrycę, opartą o utwardzony tłuszcz palmowy, suszone owoce papryki, ziarno gorczycy białej i 1% tlenku żelaza.
