Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompaktowy kanister złoża pochłaniacza dwutlenku węgla (skrubera) o przepływie poprzecznym z kanałami o stałym ciśnieniu w całym przekroju zawierający 2 częściową obudowę, której ściana boczna zaopatrzona jest w otwór oraz kołnierz (7) do mocowania głowicy (11) skrubera, a ścianka dolna (17) w przyłącz (4) przeciwpłuca, wewnątrz której zamocowane są dwa sita, między którymi znajduje się złoże absorbentu (5) charakteryzujący się tym, że sito górne (19) oraz sito dolne (20) są równoległe względem siebie, sito górne (19) zamocowane jest wzdłuż górnej ścianki (15) kanistra, wolna przestrzeń miedzy sitem górnym (19) i górną ścianką (15) kanistra tworzy górny kanał powietrzny (25) połączony z otworem ściany bocznej, sito dolne (20) zamocowane jest wzdłuż dolnej ścianki (17) kanistra, wolna przestrzeń miedzy sitem dolnym (20) i dolną ścianką (17) kanistra tworzy dolny kanał powietrzny (26) połączony z przyłączem (4) przeciwpłuca, a przepływ strumienia gazu następuje w poprzek złoża absorbentu (5) prostopadle do płaszczyzn sit (19, 20).The subject of the application is a compact canister of a cross-flow carbon dioxide absorber (scrubber) bed with channels with constant pressure throughout the cross-section, comprising a 2-part housing, the side wall of which is provided with an opening and a collar (7) for mounting the scrubber head (11), and the bottom wall (17) with a counterlung connection (4), inside which two sieves are mounted, between which there is an absorbent bed (5), characterized in that the upper sieve (19) and the lower sieve (20) are parallel to each other, the upper sieve (19) is mounted along the upper wall (15) of the canister, the free space between the upper sieve (19) and the upper wall (15) of the canister forms an upper air channel (25) connected to the opening of the side wall, the lower sieve (20) is mounted along the lower wall (17) of the canister, the free space between the lower sieve (20) and the lower the wall (17) of the canister forms a lower air channel (26) connected to the counterlung connection (4), and the gas stream flows across the absorbent bed (5) perpendicularly to the sieve planes (19, 20).
