Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mobilny rozdrabniacz wolnoobrotowy stosowany do rozdrabniania różnego rodzaju materiałów z możliwością regulowania wielkości frakcji. Mobilny rozdrabniacz wolnoobrotowy z regulacją stopnia rozdrobnienia frakcji, z ramą osadzoną na podstawie jezdnej oraz przenośnikiem taśmowym, zawierający komorę roboczą (1), w której osadzone są wały robocze z ostrzami zasprzęglone z przekładnią (15) oraz belka łamiąca i ruchome ruszty (5) zamocowane obrotowo za pomocą sworzni (14) i połączone z ryglami (7), charakteryzuje się tym, że rygle (7) połączone są z ruchomymi rusztami (5) w sposób umożliwiający ich ruch wzdłuż osi, posiadają ucho (10) z nakrętką, która współpracuje ze śrubą (8) osadzoną w rowku konstrukcji rusztu (5). Z obu stron rowka konstrukcji rusztu (5) śruba (8) przylega kołnierzami. W ścianach bocznych komory roboczej (1) znajdują się gniazda przelotowe, które usytuowane są na jednej ścianie (13A, 13B, 13C, 13D) i rozmieszczone są na zarysie okręgu względem otworu (16), przy czym promień okręgu jest równy odległości pomiędzy osiami sworznia (14) i rygla (7). Pomiędzy ryglami (7) usytuowana jest sprężyna (11) zamknięta w rurze (12), zaś sworznie (14) mocujące ruchome ruszta (5) osadzone są w otworach (16) na bocznych ścianach komory roboczej (1). Sworznie (14) posiadają płytę przyłączeniową z przelotowymi otworami gwintowanymi.
