Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do naciągania i montowania sprężyn falistych w meblach tapicerowanych, a w szczególności w ramach i skrzyniach tapicerskich. Urządzenie do naciągania i montowania sprężyn falistych składające się z konstrukcji nośnej i usytuowanych na niej: ramy tapicerskiej, zespołu mocującego ramę tapicerską, zespołu naciągającego i osadzającego sprężyny faliste w ramie tapicerskiej oraz zespołu zabezpieczającego, charakteryzuje się tym, że konstrukcja nośna ma układ przestrzenny w widoku z boku w postaci trapezu i stanowią ją: ściana przednia (1), ściana tylna (2), dwie ściany boczne (3), ściana górna (4) i ściana ukośna (5) oraz stół roboczy z dwoma prowadnicami rolkowymi umiejscowiony na wysokości krawędzi górnej ściany przedniej (1), zaś zespoły stanowią, zespół mocujący - platforma przesuwna (8) góra-dół przemieszczana siłownikiem pneumatycznym i osadzone na niej imadła pneumatyczne (9) oraz dociskacz pneumatyczny (10) dociskający ramę tapicerską (12) od góry do stołu roboczego usytuowany w górnej części konstrukcji nośnej na prowadnicach pionowej (13) i poziomej (14), zespół naciągający - wspornik kątowy (15), siłowniki pneumatyczne (16) osadzone korpusami na konstrukcji nośnej, a tłoczyskami połączone ze wspornikiem kątowym (15), sześciokątny wałek (17) osadzony obrotowo we wsporniku kątowym (15) i chwytaki (18) osadzone przesuwnie na sześciokątnym wałku (17) i wyposażone na wolnym końcu w zaczepy (19), a zespół zabezpieczający - osłona przednia (20) przesuwana na ścianie ukośnej i osłona tylna (21) przesuwana na ścianie tylnej (2).The subject of the application is a device for tensioning and mounting sinuous springs in upholstered furniture, in particular in upholstered frames and boxes. A device for tensioning and mounting wave springs, consisting of a supporting structure and the following elements located on it: an upholstery frame, an assembly for fastening the upholstery frame, an assembly for tensioning and mounting wave springs in the upholstery frame and a securing assembly, is characterized in that the supporting structure has a three-dimensional arrangement in the side view in the form of a trapezoid and is composed of: a front wall (1), a rear wall (2), two side walls (3), a top wall (4) and a diagonal wall (5) and a work table with two roller guides located at the height of the upper edge of the front wall (1), and the assemblies are: a mounting assembly - a sliding platform (8) moved up and down by a pneumatic actuator and pneumatic vices (9) mounted on it and a pneumatic presser (10) pressing the upholstery frame (12) from above to the work table, located in the upper part of the supporting structure on vertical guides (13) and horizontal guides (14), a tensioning assembly - an angle bracket (15), pneumatic actuators (16) mounted with their bodies on the supporting structure and with their piston rods connected to the angle bracket (15), a hexagonal shaft (17) rotatably mounted in the angle bracket (15) and grippers (18) slidably mounted on the hexagonal shaft (17) and equipped with catches (19) at the free end, and a safety unit - a front cover (20) slidable on the diagonal wall and a rear cover (21) slidable on the rear wall (2).
