Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania proszku metalicznego poprzez topienie w próżni w komorze atomizera gazowego, przeznaczonego do wykorzystania w technologiach SLM/SLS, który charakteryzuje się tym, że materiał wsadowy stanowiący wlewek o średnicy 42 mm i długości maksymalnej 150 mm o składzie chemicznym: 0,55% C, 1,29% Cr, 1,95% Mn, 0,72% Mo, Si 0,10% V, 0,023% Al, 0,0011% P, 0,004% S, 0,009 Ti, resztę stanowi Fe, topi się w komorze topielnej w próżni o ciśnieniu co najmniej 0,5 mbar, po czym komorę napełnia się gazem obojętnym do ciśnienia 950 – 1050 mbar, a następnie rozpyla się ciekłą strugę metalu gazem obojętnym o ciśnieniu 20 – 40 bar w temperaturze 1600°C - 1700°C poprzez dyszę wykonaną z tlenku cyrkonu o średnicy 3,5 - 6,5 mm, a gaz dostarcza się poprzez pierścień ze szczeliną od 0,4 do 1,2 mm.
