Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest modułowy ładunek kumulacyjny służący do przebijania otworów w płytach stalowych, betonie oraz w gruncie. Modułowy ładunek kumulacyjny charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera podstawę (1) i pokrywę (2), które posiadają wewnątrz zagłębienia (3), a na zewnątrz zawiasy rozłączne (4) i końcówki zakończone gwintem zewnętrznym (5), na których nakręcone są pierścienie (6). W zagłębieniach (3) umieszczone są, połączone ze sobą, tuleje uniwersalne (7) i tuleja na zapalnik (8), gdzie pierwsza tuleja uniwersalna (7) zawiera wkładkę kumulacyjną (9), natomiast tuleja uniwersalna (7) umieszczona przed tuleją na zapalnik (8) zawiera tuleję centrującą (10) zamocowaną na wspornikach (11) do tulei obwodowego inicjowania detonacji (12), w której osadzona jest wkładka tłumiąca (13). Tuleja na zapalnik (8) zawiera zawleczką sprężynującą (15), zabezpieczającą zapalnik elektryczny (14) przed wysunięciem. Tuleje uniwersalne (7) zaelaborowane są plastycznym materiałem wybuchowym.The subject of the application is a modular shaped charge used to punch holes in steel plates, concrete, and ground. The fuse sleeve (8) contains a spring cotter pin (15) securing the electric fuse (14) against removal. The universal sleeves (7) are filled with plastic explosive.
