Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hydrotermalna ekstrakcja enzymatyczna charakteryzująca się tym, że w zbiorniku (4) miesza się medium (1) z enzymami (2) i uprzednio zmieloną biomasą (3), a następnie pompą dozującą (5) podaje się tak, uprzednio przygotowaną, mieszaninę do zbiornika reaktora (7) i włącza się ogrzewanie płaszcza grzejnego (8), po czym zamyka się zawór odcinający (6) oraz włącza się generator ultradźwięków (9) oraz pompę Rootsa (10) i uzyskuje się podciśnienie w przedziale ciśnień absolutnych pomiędzy 73.75 a 1000 mbar, po czym następuje wyłączenie pompy Rootsa (10) oraz zamknięcie zaworu odcinającego (11), a w razie ponownego wzrostu ciśnienia w skutek odparowania cieczy zawór (11) otwiera się, zaś pompa Rootsa (10) włącza się, a odpompowane pary medium są skraplane w skraplaczu (12), zaś skroplona ciecz jest odbierana przez pompę (13) i zawracana do zbiornika mieszającego (4), przy czym w przypadku, gdy poziom w zbiorniku (7) spadnie poniżej wymaganego poziomu, załącza się pompa dozująca (5) i otwiera się zawór odcinający (6) w celu uzupełnienia cieczy, pompa dozująca (5) wyłącza się, zaś zawór odcinający (6) jest ponownie zamykany, a po zakończeniu procesu hydrotermalnej ekstrakcji enzymatycznej praca reaktora zostaje wstrzymana w celu opróżnienia zbiornika reaktora (7) które następuje poprzez otwarcie zasuwy dolnej (14), a następnie produkty trafiają grawitacyjnie do prasy odwadniającej (15), natomiast (18) złożony z medium oraz produktów ekstrakcji jest pompowany do kolejnego procesu (np. fermentacji) przy pomocy pompy dozującej (17), a nieprzereagowane stałe produkty uboczne (16) są odbierane do dalszego wykorzystania, które może polegać na zawróceniu materiału do zbiornika mieszającego w celu ponownej ekstrakcji przy pomocy innego enzymu.The subject of the application is hydrothermal enzymatic extraction characterized in that in the tank (4) the medium (1) is mixed with enzymes (2) and previously ground biomass (3), and then the previously prepared mixture is fed to the reactor tank (7) by means of a dosing pump (5) and the heating of the heating jacket (8) is switched on, then the shut-off valve (6) is closed and the ultrasound generator (9) and the Roots pump (10) are switched on and a negative pressure is obtained in the absolute pressure range between 73.75 and 1000 mbar, then the Roots pump (10) is switched off and the shut-off valve (11) is closed, and in the event of a renewed increase in pressure due to the evaporation of the liquid, the valve (11) opens and the Roots pump (10) is switched on, and the pumped-out medium vapors are condensed in the condenser (12), and the condensed liquid is collected by the pump (13) and returned to the mixing tank (4), wherein if the level in the tank (7) drops below the required level, the dosing pump (5) is switched on and the shut-off valve (6) is opened to replenish the liquid, the dosing pump (5) is switched off and the shut-off valve (6) is closed again, and after the hydrothermal enzymatic extraction process is completed, the reactor operation is stopped in order to empty the reactor tank (7), which is done by opening the bottom gate valve (14), and then the products flow by gravity into the dewatering press (15), while (18) consisting of the medium and extraction products is pumped to the next process (e.g. fermentation) by means of the dosing pump (17), and the unreacted solid by-products (16) are collected for further use, which may involve returning the material to the mixing tank for re-extraction using another enzyme.
