Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest moduł wytwarzania energii zawierający przetwornik zmian temperatury w elektryczność charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera bistabilną membranę (1), podatną na odkształcenia pod wpływem zmiany temperatury w czasie, o kształcie pofalowanym, ponadto moduł zawiera wnęki (5a) i (5b), które są połączone między sobą tunelem znajdującym się pod bistabilną membraną (1) opierającą się na brzegach poprzecznych tunelu, tak, że dno tunelu stanowi warstwa krzemu podłożowego (3), zaś sufit tunelu bistabilna membrana (1). Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zestaw modułów połączonych szeregowo lub równolegle, a także ich zastosowanie do zasilania węzłów sieci IoT.
