Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przedstawione na rysunku narzędzie rotacyjne do wytwarzania lokalnego pocienienia pasa blachy, zawiera współpracującą ze sobą obrotowo parę, przy czym para składa się z walca dolnego WD i pierwszej rolki górnej. Pobocznica robocza pierwszej rolki górnej stanowi połączenie powierzchni bocznych stożka pierwszego i powierzchni stożka drugiego. Zbieżność tworząca kąt natarcia pierwszy wynoszący 12° odpowiada powierzchni stożka pierwszego, a powierzchni stożka drugiego w pobocznicy roboczej pierwszej rolki górnej odpowiada zbieżność tworząca kąt natarcia drugi wynoszący 23°. W pobocznicy roboczej pierwszej rolki górnej przejście powierzchni stożkowej w powierzchnię walcową, która ma średnicę największą i szerokość o wartości X wynoszącej 2,8 mm jest opisane promieniem R wynoszącym 0,2 mm.
