Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest moduł do uniwersalnego hamulca dźwigniowego koła wózka inwalidzkiego. Stanowi go trwale i rozłącznie mocowana do ramienia hamulca centralna oś (1), na której koncentrycznie zamontowano dwa łożyska toczne (2), które nierozłącznie połączono z bębnem (3), nadto oś centralna (1) posiada w środku przelotowy otwór gwintowany (4), przy czym z jednej strony w otwór gwintowany (4) wkręcono śrubę (5) mocującą moduł do ramienia hamulca, z drugiej strony otworu gwintowanego przykręcono śrubę mocującą (6) łączącą trwale jarzmo (7) z osią centralną (1), przy czym trwałe połączenie tych elementów jest realizowane przez docisk śruby mocującej (6), podkładki (8) do tulei ślizgowej (9) wywierającej nacisk na jarzmo (7) dociskane do osi centralnej (1), nadto na tulei ślizgowej (9) zamocowano nieprzesuwnie i obrotowo koło zębate słoneczne (10), które jest zazębione z co najmniej trzema kołami zębatymi planetarnymi (11), przy czym każde koło zębate planetarne (11) posiada z jednej strony centralnie umieszczony pręt gwintowany (12), który wkręcony jest w gwintowany otwór gwintowany jarzma (13), a na końcach prętów gwintowanych (12) zamocowano trwale zderzaki (14), ponadto pomiędzy jarzmem (7) a bębnem (3) osadzono koncentrycznie na osi centralnej (1) tuleję dystansową (15) stabilizująca bęben (3) w kierunku jarzma (7) oraz tarczę (16) osadzoną koncentrycznie i przesuwnie na tulei dystansowej (15).The subject of the application is a module for a universal lever brake for a wheelchair wheel. It consists of a central axle (1) permanently and releasably attached to the brake arm, on which two rolling bearings (2) are concentrically mounted, which are inseparably connected to the drum (3), furthermore the central axle (1) has a threaded through hole (4) in the middle, wherein on one side a screw (5) is screwed into the threaded hole (4) to fasten the module to the brake arm, on the other side of the threaded hole a fastening screw (6) is screwed in, permanently connecting the yoke (7) with the central axle (1), wherein the permanent connection of these elements is realized by pressing the fastening screw (6), the washers (8) to the sliding sleeve (9) exerting pressure on the yoke (7) pressed against the central axle (1), furthermore a sun gear (10) is fixed non-sliply and rotatably on the sliding sleeve (9), which is meshed with at least three planetary gears (11), wherein each gear The planetary gear (11) has on one side a centrally located threaded rod (12) which is screwed into a threaded hole in the yoke (13), and at the ends of the threaded rods (12) bumpers (14) are permanently attached, furthermore, between the yoke (7) and the drum (3) a spacer sleeve (15) is mounted concentrically on the central axis (1) to stabilize the drum (3) in the direction of the yoke (7) and a disc (16) mounted concentrically and slidably on the spacer sleeve (15).
