Abstract

Rotor do urządzenia rafinującego aluminium i jego stopy posiadający połączenie z doprowadzeniem gazu charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z podstawy (1) w postaci płaskiego walca, na którym znajduje się część środkowa (2) rotora w postaci wciętego walca, wydrążonego od wewnątrz. Na niej z kolei umieszczona jest część górna (3) rotora w postaci ściętego stożka, która posiada na swojej górnej płaskiej powierzchni wybranie (5), połączone z doprowadzeniem gazu. Część środkowa (2) rotora posiada cztery otwory (6) w kształcie spłaszczonej u dołu elipsy, pomiędzy którymi znajdują się pełne ściany (4) części środkowej (2). Otwory (6) łączą się ze sobą oraz z wybraniem (5) tworząc wydrążenie (8) wewnątrz części środkowej (2), ponadto w każdej pełnej ścianie (4) części środkowej (2), znajduje się przynajmniej jedno zagłębienie (7), z których żadne nie łączy się z wydrążeniem (8) wewnątrz części środkowej (2). Wysokość rotora stanowi od 0,3 do 0,6 średnicy całkowitej podstawy (1). Część górna (3) mająca postać ściętego stożka, posiada kąt nachylenia tworzącej stożka do wysokości stożka wynoszący od 40 do 60 stopni.A rotor for a device refining aluminum and its alloys, connected to a gas supply, is characterized in that it consists of a base (1) in the form of a flat cylinder, on which is located a central part (2) of the rotor in the form of an indented cylinder, hollow from the inside. On this base (3) is located the upper part (3) of the rotor in the form of a truncated cone, which has a recess (5) on its upper flat surface, connected to the gas supply. The central part (2) of the rotor has four holes (6) in the shape of an ellipse, flattened at the bottom, between which are the solid walls (4) of the central part (2). The holes (6) connect with each other and with the recess (5), forming a cavity (8) inside the central part (2). Furthermore, each solid wall (4) of the central part (2) has at least one recess (7), none of which connects to the recess (8) inside the central part (2). The height of the rotor is from 0.3 to 0.6 times the total diameter of the base (1). The upper part (3), in the form of a truncated cone, has an angle of inclination of the cone generator to the cone height of 40 to 60 degrees.
