Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest rekuperator do odzysku ciepła ze ścieków odpadowych, zwłaszcza bytowych, zawierających odpady stałe i płynne zawierający wymiennik ciepła, zawory odcinające, sterownik. Rekuperator jest charakterystyczny tym, że zawiera co najmniej jeden wymiennik (12) ciepła zawierający wewnątrz płaszcza (17) co najmniej jeden przewód do jednego tylko czynnika uczestniczącego w wymianie ciepła, przy czym czynniki stykają się każdy z inną stroną ścianki przewodu. W górnej części płaszcza (17) po stronie czynnika grzewczego znajduje się wlot (14) czynnika grzewczego i zawór napowietrzający (22), a wylot (15) czynnika grzewczego znajduje się w dolnej części płaszcza (17). Na wlocie (14) i wylocie (15) zamontowane są zawory odcinające (16), zaś do wymiennika ciepła (12) doprowadzona jest rura wlotowa (18) i rura wylotowa (19) czynnika ogrzewanego.The subject of the application is a heat recovery device for heat recovery from wastewater, particularly domestic wastewater containing solid and liquid waste, comprising a heat exchanger, shut-off valves, and a controller. The device is characterized in that it comprises at least one heat exchanger (12) containing, within the jacket (17), at least one conduit for a single medium participating in heat exchange, with each medium in contact with a different side of the conduit wall. In the upper part of the jacket (17), on the heating medium side, there is an inlet (14) for the heating medium and an aeration valve (22), while the outlet (15) for the heating medium is located in the lower part of the jacket (17). Shut-off valves (16) are mounted on the inlet (14) and outlet (15), and an inlet pipe (18) and an outlet pipe (19) for the heated medium are connected to the heat exchanger (12).
