Abstract

Rozdzielacz strug do rurociągów podwójnych z filtrem elektrostatycznym i/lub jonizatorem charakteryzuje się tym, że powierzchnia fałd wymiennika ciepła posiada grzbiety wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne fałd z izolatora elektrycznego — powłoki izolującej elektrycznie (6) dzielące powłoki na naprzemienne odmiennie naładowane sekcje stanowiące elektrodę zbierającą naładowaną dodatnio (7) i elektrodę zbierającą naładowaną ujemnie (8); które zasilane są w sposób znany ze stanu techniki, a na kołnierzu (2) rozdzielacza strug osadzona jest mechanicznie w sposób znany ze stanu techniki elektroda ładunkująca / jonizująca (9) znana ze stanu techniki. Cała powierzchnia wymiennika ciepła stanowi elektrodę zbierającą naładowaną odmiennie do elektrody ładunkującej, korzystnie dodatnio (7) zasilaną w sposób znany ze stanu techniki, a na rozdzielaczach strug zamocowanych po obu końcach wymiennika ciepła posiada zamocowaną mechanicznie powłokę izolującą elektrycznie (6), zaś na kołnierzu (2) posiada zamocowaną mechanicznie w sposób znany ze stanu techniki, elektrodę ładunkującą ujemnie. Wokół rury wewnętrznej i osi wzdłużnej ułożone są naprzemiennie następujące po sobie i powtarzające się powłoki, tj. powłoka izolująca elektrycznie (6), powłoka będąca elektrodą zbierającą o ładunku stałym dodatnim (7), powłoka izolująca elektrycznie (6), powłoka będąca elektrodą zbierającą o ładunku stałym ujemnym (8). Rozdzielacz strug do rurociągów podwójnych z filtrem elektrostatycznym i / lub jonizatorem wykonany jest z folii metalicznej lub membrany selektywnej o kształcie nieutrwalonym umożliwiających formowanie kanałów, zapewniających szczelność i przekaz cieplny foliowego wymiennika ciepła. Rozdzielacze strug i połączone z nimi wymienniki ciepła mogą posiadać w przekroju poprzecznym kształt tzw. kafelkowy / mozaikowy, przy czym połączone są one ze sobą tworząc konstrukcję zespołów filtrująco — rekuperujących.
