Abstract

Niniejszy wynalazekdostarcza sposobu diagnozowania i monitorowania er vivo epileptogenezy i padaczki, charakteryzujący się tym, że sposób obejmuje następujące etapy: a) oznaczania in vitro sygnatury co najmniej rno-miR-155-5p (SEKW. NR ID.: 1) i rno-miR-674-3p (SEKW. NR ID.: 1) jako biomarkera mikroRNA w próbce pełnej krwi osobnika oraz b) porównywania oznaczonej sygnatury każdego mikroRNA z jego średnią sygnaturą obserwowaną w próbce kontrolnej. Niniejszy wynalazek ponadto dostarcza sposobu monitorowania progresji lub nasilenia epileptogenezy i padaczki u osobnika lub monitorowania odpowiedzi osobnika na leczenie epileptogenezy i padaczki oraz sposobu leczenia epileptogenezy i padaczki u osobnika. Ponadto, niniejszy wynalazek zapewnia panel biomarkerów mikroRNA i zastosowanie panelu biomarkerów mikroRNA.
