Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zestaw do łączenia ciągnika z narzędziem, szczególnie rolniczym, zwłaszcza do prac polowych, mający zastosowanie do szybkiego łączenia ciągnika rolniczego z maszyną - narzędziem do prac polowych. Zestaw charakteryzuje się tym, że zespół łączeniowy usytuowany na ciągniku stanowi osadzony w ramie (17) ze szczelinami na płytki blokujące, mechanizm zapadkowy, mający siłownik hydrauliczny z jarzmem (26), do którego zamocowane są dwa cięgła (11), osadzone z jednego krańca na jarzmie (26) siłownika, a z drugiego krańca do blokownika, zaś w strefie szczytowej ma płytę ruchomą z łącznikami mediów oraz blokowniki szybkozłącza (5), natomiast zestaw łączeniowy usytuowany na narzędziu stanowi rama (17), osadzona na ramie nośnej (18) narzędzia, będąca dwiema prowadnicami zewnętrznymi, korzystnie o zarysie ceownika, mająca w strefie szczytowej płytę (20) z wtykami przyłączeniowymi, przy czym płyta (20) osadzona jest na sprężynach i osadzonych w gniazdach trzpieni prowadzących, poza tym prowadnice ramy (17) mają szczeliny blokujące.The subject of the application is a set for connecting a tractor with a tool, especially an agricultural tool, especially for field work, used for quickly connecting an agricultural tractor with a machine - a tool for field work. The set is characterized in that the connecting assembly located on the tractor is a ratchet mechanism mounted in a frame (17) with slots for locking plates, having a hydraulic cylinder with a yoke (26), to which two rods (11) are attached, mounted at one end on the cylinder yoke (26) and at the other end to the blocker, and in the top zone it has a movable plate with media connectors and quick-coupling blockers (5), while the connecting assembly located on the tool is a frame (17), mounted on the supporting frame (18) of the tool, being two external guides, preferably with a C-profile outline, having a plate (20) with connecting plugs in the top zone, wherein the plate (20) is mounted on springs and guide pins mounted in sockets, in addition, the frame guides (17) have locking slots.
