Abstract

Układ sterowany do wymiany akumulatorów w pojazdach elektrycznych, zwłaszcza w autobusach, charakteryzuje się tym, że podstawę stanowią prowadnice pionowe (Pr) osadzone w podłożu (P) nieruchomo i siłownik (S) usytuowany między prowadnicami pionowymi (Pr), które połączone są wraz z tłoczyskiem siłownika (S) z platformą nośną (Pn). Zespół manewrujący do odbierania i podawania akumulatorów (A) zawiera co najmniej dwa zestawy prowadnic liniowych: zestaw pierwszy (Pw) prowadnic liniowych o kierunku przesuwu zgodnym z osią podłużną (Pw) pojazdu, usytuowany na platformie nośnej (Pn) i zestaw drugi (Pp) prowadnic liniowych o kierunku przesuwu, zgodnym z poprzeczną osią (Pp) pojazdu, na którym umieszczony jest stelaż (St) z ładowarką (L) akumulatorów (A) oraz z masztem (M) zaopatrzonym w elektromagnesy (E). Między zestawem pierwszym (Pw) prowadnic liniowych i zestawem drugim (Pp) prowadnic liniowych usytuowana jest obrotnica (O).A controlled system for replacing batteries in electric vehicles, especially in buses, is characterized in that the base consists of vertical guides (Pr) mounted in the ground (P) motionlessly and an actuator (S) located between the vertical guides (Pr), which are connected together with the actuator piston rod (S) to a supporting platform (Pn). The maneuvering unit for receiving and feeding batteries (A) comprises at least two sets of linear guides: a first set (Pw) of linear guides with a direction of travel consistent with the longitudinal axis (Pw) of the vehicle, located on the supporting platform (Pn) and a second set (Pp) of linear guides with a direction of travel consistent with the transverse axis (Pp) of the vehicle, on which a frame (St) with a battery charger (L) (A) and a mast (M) equipped with electromagnets (E) are placed. A turntable (O) is located between the first set (Pw) of linear guides and the second set (Pp) of linear guides.
