PL PL PL 447936 A1 2/12 Cyclone dust collector with a purified gas outlet. The subject of the invention is a cyclone dust collector with a purified gas outlet channel, intended for purifying polluted gas from solid particles, in particular solid particles of density -/2.eksz(!j from 2000 h.g/m 3 . Changes from patent description PL 238406 Dl cyclone dust collector includes a cylindrical part and a conical part, and on its axis there is a longitudinal element in the shape of a rod equipped with at least dv, blades located ,;;)metrically with respect to the rod. The cylindrical part houses the inlet for contaminants and the outlet for purified gas, while the conical part terminates with the outlet for separated solid particles. The rod with vanes limits the internal vortex pressure, stabilizes the internal vortex, and reduces the axial velocity in the outlet zone of separated solid particles. In the known patent description PL 24223:2 Bl a cyclone dust collector with a channel for clean gas introduced by means of a gas transporting device. The known dust collector has a cylindrical part and an inlet channel connected to the gas with solid body particles, which is connected to a conical part. The cylindrical part has a roof, in which an outlet channel of the branch composed of solid body particles is used, and the conical part is connected to the outlet channel of the separated solid body particles. The inlet channel of the clean gas is located directly in the roof of the part The soldering channel for the incoming clean gas has a circular cross-section with a diameter in the range of 0.014 - 0.016 times the diameter of the cylindrical part, and the distance from the axis of the cylindrical part to the axis of the incoming clean gas channel is in the range of 0.27 - 0.29 times the diameter of the cylindrical part. Circumferentially introducing clean gas causes uniform generation of a clean gas boundary layer in the region of the outer wall of the incoming clean gas channel and in the region of the roof of the cyclone separator. PL 447936 A1 3/12 Known from patent description EP 2 456 561 B 1. The cyclone dust collector is equipped with a clean gas duct of rectangular cross-section. It is located inside the contaminated gas inlet channel to the separator at the upper edge of this channel. The clean gas stream is introduced only pointwise, parallel to the contaminated gas stream. A known dust collector may be equipped with an additional elongated, cylindrical element with a cross-section of approximately 1/8 inch, which is located on its axis and connects the purified gas outlet with the separated solid particle outlet. This can thus affect the shape of the rising vortex, thereby reducing the positive effects of delivering purified gas to the contaminated gas inlet. Additionally, in the known dust collector, a significant increase in the pressure drop value can be generated as a result of greater flow turbulence in the area of the connection between the contaminated gas inlet channel and the cylindrical part of the cyclone dust collector, thus resulting in a greater demand for electrical energy to drive the transporting devices. The essence of the cyclone dust collector with a central clean gas supply pipe according to the invention is that it is equipped with a central clean gas supply pipe of circular cross-section, which is located in the axis of the clean gas outlet channel. The outer diameter of the central pipe introducing clean gas 10 is in the range of 0.14 - 0.17 of the diameter of the cylindrical part, and the inner diameter of the central pipe introducing clean gas is in the range of 0.06 - 0.09 of the diameter of the cylindrical part, while the length H measured from the roof to the outlet of the central pipe introducing clean gas is in the range of 2.2 - 2.1 of the diameter of the cylindrical part. The share of the volume flow of the clean gas introduced to the inlet of the central pipe introducing clean gas, parallel to the inner walls of the outlet channel of the purified gases, in relation to the volume flow of the contaminated gas introduced through the inlet channel of the impure gas is in the range of 0.00024 - 0.00032, and the share of the inlet velocity of the clean gas introduced to the inlet of the central pipe introducing clean gas in relation to the inlet velocity of the contaminated gas introduced to the inlet channel of the contaminated gas is in the range of 0.004 - 0.009. It is advantageous when the temperature of the clean gas introduced to the central pipe introducing clean gas is lower than the temperature of the contaminated gas introduced to the contaminated gas channel. It is advantageous for the clean gas introduced into the central pipe introducing the clean gas to be air. It is advantageous for a radial fan to be used as the means of transporting the clean gas to the central pipe introducing the clean gas. The cyclone dust collector with a purified gas outlet channel according to the invention, thanks to the central pipe introducing clean gas with specific dimensions, location and indicated flow parameters of clean and contaminated gas into the region of the axis of the cylindrical part of the cyclone dust collector, enables increasing the symmetry of the flow field of the two-phase gas-solid mixture and stabilizing the flow in the region of the rising internal vortex, as a result of which the efficiency of dust removal from solid particles increases significantly, especially for particles with a density greater than 2000 kg/m3. These phenomena, beneficial from the point of view of dust removal efficiency, lead to the limitation of the internal vortex precession and the reverse flow of the mixture of solid particles. and gas in the central zone of the cyclone separator, which is possible thanks to the introduction of clean gas circumferentially into the area of the separator axis through a pipe located in the axis of the purified gas outlet channel. Furthermore, the cyclone separator with the purified gas outlet channel, surprisingly and unexpectedly, improves the distribution of the tangential velocity field by increasing the maximum and minimum values of this velocity component in the area of the outer area of the turbulent rising vortex, and the distribution of the axial velocity field by reducing the maximum values at a radial length close to the diameter of the purified gas outlet channel. This significantly reduces the concentration of solid particles in the cyclone separator axis through more intensive transport of particles. solid particles towards the walls of the cylindrical part and the stand, and then discharging the separated solid particles out through the outlet channel 3, thereby increasing the separation potential of the cyclone separator according to the invention. This effect is intensified by specific parameters of the flow conditions. The subject of the invention, in an embodiment example, is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a cyclone separator with a purified gas outlet channel in a front view, and Fig. 2 shows a cyclone separator with a purified gas outlet channel in a top view. The cyclone separator with a purified gas outlet channel according to the invention has a cylindrical part 3 with roof 9, which is connected to part of the cone 4. On the side wall 7 of the cylindrical part 3 there is an inlet channel for the contaminated gas 2 and solid particles. In the roof 9 of the cylindrical part 3 there is an outlet channel for the purified gas 8 from solid particles, the purified gas being discharged by a vacuum fan operating in suction mode. The conical part 4 ends with an outlet channel for the separated solid particles. The cyclone dust separator with an outlet channel for the purified gas according to the invention is equipped with a centrifugal filter 10 for introducing clean gas, of circular cross-section, which is situated in the axis of the purified gas inlet channel 8 parallel to its walls. Clean gas is supplied to the inlet 11 of the central pipe introducing clean gas 10, located in its upper section, by means of a radial fan 12 as a gas transporting device operating in a forced mode. The outer diameter Dz of the central pipe introducing clean gas 10 is within the range 0.14 - 0.17 of the diameter D of the cylindrical part 3, and the inner diameter Dw of the central pipe 1 introducing clean gas 10 is within the range 0.6 - 0.09 of the diameter D of the cylindrical part 3. The length H measured from the roof 9 to the outlet of the central pipe PL 447936 A1 6/12 introducing clean gas 10 is within the range 2.2 - 2.7 of the diameter D of the cylindrical part 3. The share of the volume flow rate of the clean gas introduced into the inlet 11 of the central pipe introducing the clean gas 10, parallel to the inner walls of the outlet channel of the purified gases 8, in relation to the volume flow rate of the contaminated gas "'' led through the inlet channel of the contaminated gas 2, is in the range of 0.00024 - 0.00032. The share of the inlet velocity of the clean gas introduced into the inlet 11 of the central pipe Vi 1 leading the clean gas 10, in relation to the inlet velocity of the contaminated gas \' led to the inlet channel of the contaminated gas 2, is in the range of 0.004 - 0.009. The temperature of the clean gas "1/J" introduced into the central pipe introducing the clean gas 10 is lower than the temperature of the contaminated gas introduced into the contaminated gas channel 2. The lower section of the cylindrical part 3 is connected with the conical part 4 of the cyclone separator according to the invention, together constituting the separation chamber 6. The contaminated gas is introduced into the separation chamber 6 through the contaminated gas inlet channel 2, tangentially to the cylindrical part 3. The density of the separated solid particles introduced together with the contaminated gas through the contaminated gas inlet channel 2 is greater than 2000 kg/m3. The flow of the contaminated gas is caused by the radial fan 1 operating in the suction mode. At the same time, the clean gas is transported through the central pipe introducing the clean gas 10 to the separation chamber 6, parallel to the walls of the purified gas outlet channel 8, generated by the radial fan 12 operating in the forced mode. As a result of the interaction of centrifugal force and gravity, a turbulent, anisotropic flow of the two-phase gas-solid mixture takes place inside the separation chamber 6. Two rotating streams are generated: an external falling free vortex and an internal forced rising vortex. The function of the first one is to transport solid particles to the outlet channel of separated solid particles. The second one, in turn, transports the purified gas to the purified gas outlet channel 8, through which it is discharged to the outside of the cyclone separator according to Invention. A cyclone separator with an outlet channel for purified gas according to the invention can be used regardless of the diameter of the cylindrical part of the cyclone separator and the flow rate of the contaminated gas.
