Abstract
Urządzenie wyposażone jest w zespół dozowania agregatów glebowych (7), złożony ze zbiornika (10) agregatów glebowych (7) połączonego z mechanizmem śrubowym (6), napędzanego silnikiem (5) przenośnika taśmowego, który podparty jest od dołu ślizgiem ustalającym jego położenie względem płaskiej rynny zrzutowej, oraz separator, składający się z co najmniej dwóch zsypów, do których przyporządkowane są liczniki. W każdym ze zsypów znajduje się transoptor szczelinowy, generujący impuls związany ze spadkiem pojedynczego agregatu glebowego (7), a na końcu każdego zsypu znajduje się pojemnik na agregaty glebowe (7) o zadanej wielkości średnic.The device is equipped with a soil aggregate dosing unit (7), consisting of a tank (10) of soil aggregates (7) connected to a screw mechanism (6), a belt conveyor driven by a motor (5), which is supported from below by a slide that determines its position relative to a flat discharge chute, and a separator, consisting of at least two chutes, to which counters are assigned. In each of the chutes there is a slotted optocoupler, generating an impulse related to the fall of a single soil aggregate (7), and at the end of each chute there is a container for soil aggregates (7) of a given diameter size.
