Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest stanowisko do pomiaru ilości odciekającej cieczy, które wyposażone jest w: stałą ramę główną złożoną z systemu pionowych profili (1) i poziomych profili (2, 3), osadzone na ramie głównej dwa zbiorniki na ciecz, górny (32) i dolny (5) połączone w jeden obieg przewodami elastycznymi (31, 38), z których jeden przewód (31) przyłączony jest do pompy (30) tłoczącej ciecz, zespół dyszy natryskowych (34) połączonych zaworem (33) ze zbiornikiem górnym (32), dwie poziome ramy dolną stałą (12) i górną suwliwą (11), z których rama dolna stała (12) zamocowana jest do pionowych profili (1) ramy głównej, a rama górna suwliwa (11) łożyskowana jest liniowo na pionowych wałkach prowadzących (9) zamocowanych do sąsiednich poziomych profili (2, 3) ramy głównej, przy czym rama dolna stała (12) zaopatrzona jest w prowadnice (13) dla kontenera szkółkarskiego (14) oraz wymienną poziomą płytę odciekową (17), zespołu zbiorników pomiarowych (48) osadzonych na podstawach (49) i odpowiadających im króćców odciekowych (19) z otworów kontenera szkółkarskiego, zespół czujników tensometrycznych (50) połączonych z rejestratorami z wbudowanymi wzmacniaczami tensometrycznymi i komputerem do archiwizacji danych pomiarowych oraz układ czasowy sterujący elektrozaworami.The subject of the application is a station for measuring the amount of drained liquid, which is equipped with: a fixed main frame consisting of a system of vertical profiles (1) and horizontal profiles (2, 3), two liquid tanks mounted on the main frame, upper (32) and lower (5) connected into one circuit by flexible pipes (31, 38), of which one pipe (31) is connected to the pump (30) pumping the liquid, a set of spray nozzles (34) connected by a valve (33) to the upper tank (32), two horizontal frames: a lower fixed frame (12) and an upper sliding frame (11), of which the lower fixed frame (12) is attached to the vertical profiles (1) of the main frame, and the upper sliding frame (11) is linearly mounted on vertical guide rollers (9) attached to the adjacent horizontal profiles (2, 3) of the main frame, wherein the lower fixed frame (12) is provided with guides (13) for the nursery container (14) and a replaceable horizontal drain plate (17), a set of measuring tanks (48) mounted on bases (49) and corresponding drain stubs (19) from the nursery container openings, a set of strain gauge sensors (50) connected to recorders with built-in strain gauge amplifiers and a computer for archiving measurement data, and a time system controlling the solenoid valves.
