Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest monopal fundamentowy pod morską turbinę wiatrową (14) w postaci cylindrycznej rury przeznaczonej do pogrążania w dnie akwenu. Monopal fundamentowy stanowi korpus roboczy wykonany z arkuszy giętej blachy stalowej. Łączenia pomiędzy arkuszami blachy wykonane są technologią spawalniczą. Korpus roboczy monopala fundamentowego zawiera ustawione na sobie i połączone ze sobą sektor roboczy dolny (7) oraz osadzony na nim sektor roboczy górny (6). Sektor roboczy górny (6) wyposażony jest w ruszt usztywnień (9). Stanowi ona żebrowanie w postaci żeber pionowych oraz prostopadłych do nich obwodowych żeber poziomych połączonych ze sobą połączeniem spawanym. Ruszt usztywnień (9) zamocowany jest do ściany wewnętrznej sektora górnego (6) monopala fundamentowego.
