Abstract
Pasywny tłumik drgań z regulowaną wartością sity tłumiącej, wykorzystujący prądy wirowe, zawiera watek pośredniczący (1), którego jeden koniec jest złączony rozłącznie z urządzeniem drgającym, którego drgania mają być sterowane. Wałek (1) jest umieszczony wewnątrz tulei kołnierzowej (2), której kołnierz jest przymocowany rozłącznie do obejmy (8). Na tulei (2) są osadzone cewki indukcyjne (4) unieruchomione za pomocą nakrętki kołnierzowej (3) nakręconej na wolny koniec tej tulei, o kołnierz której są wsparte. Na części wałka pośredniczącego (1) znajdującej się w osi cewek indukcyjnych (4) jest umieszczony walcowy magnes. Tłumik zawiera co najmniej dwa zespoły walcowych cewek indukcyjnych (4) i w każdym z zespołów cewki są umieszczone koncentrycznie jedna na drugiej z utworzeniem (n) pionowych ich rzędów. Ponadto cewki (4) zespołów cewek, oddzielonych od siebie oraz od obejmy (8) przekładkami (5), tworzą układ k usytuowanych poziomo jedna za drugą, współosiowych cewek (4). Dodatkowo cewki (4) są wyposażone w przewody (6) do połączenia ich z umieszczonymi na obejmie (8) przekaźnikami (7) połączonymi z kolei z oprogramowaniem do ich zasilania.A passive vibration damper with adjustable damping force, utilizing eddy currents, comprises an intermediate thread (1), one end of which is releasably connected to the vibrating device whose vibrations are to be controlled. The shaft (1) is located within a flanged sleeve (2), the flange of which is releasably attached to a clamp (8). Induction coils (4) are mounted on the sleeve (2), immobilized by a flange nut (3) screwed onto the free end of the sleeve, and supported by the flange. A cylindrical magnet is placed on the portion of the intermediate shaft (1) located in the axis of the induction coils (4). The damper comprises at least two sets of cylindrical induction coils (4), and in each set, the coils are arranged concentrically one on top of the other, forming (n) vertical rows of coils. Furthermore, the coils (4) of the coil sets, separated from each other and from the clamp (8) by spacers (5), form a system of k horizontally arranged, one behind the other, coaxial coils (4). Additionally, the coils (4) are equipped with wires (6) to connect them to the relays (7) located on the clamp (8), which in turn are connected to the software powering them.
