Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest węglanowe ogniwo paliwowe MCFC/MCE zawierające dwie elektrody (2) oraz elektrolit węglanowy (3) w postaci ciekłej, który umieszczony jest w porowatej osnowie i pokryty zewnętrznym uszczelnieniem, w którym na porowatej osnowie (1) umieszczona jest co najmniej jedna komora (5) z ciekłym elektrolitem węglanowym (3) oraz elektrody (2), przy czym jednocześnie na porowatej osnowie (1) na powierzchni między elektrodami (2) a komorą (5) umieszczona jest uszczelka (4) oddzielająca komorę (5) i elektrody (2). Ponadto przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób regeneracji ciekłego elektrolitu w tym ogniwie.The subject of the application is a carbonate fuel cell MCFC/MCE comprising two electrodes (2) and a carbonate electrolyte (3) in liquid form, which is placed in a porous matrix and covered with an external seal, in which at least one chamber (5) with a liquid carbonate electrolyte (3) and electrodes (2) are placed on the porous matrix (1), while at the same time a seal (4) separating the chamber (5) and electrodes (2) is placed on the porous matrix (1) on the surface between the electrodes (2) and the chamber (5). Furthermore, the subject of the application is also a method of regenerating the liquid electrolyte in this cell.
