Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy układu i sposobu do spalania/utylizacji paliw niskokalorycznych oraz ultra-niskokalorycznych, których wartość opałowa wynosi poniżej 2,5 MJ/Nm3, a w szczególności spalania/utylizacji gazów odpadowych o wysokiej zawartości niepalnych gazów inertnych, których wartość opałowa wynosi poniżej 2,1 MJ/Nm3, bez konieczności stosowania dodatkowego paliwa wysokokalorycznego do stabilizacji procesu spalania/utylizacji gazu, dzięki wyposażeniu układu w semiadiabatyczną komorę spalania (10), połączoną z kanałem spalin (7), na którym zamontowane są naprzemiennie co najmniej dwa spalinowe podgrzewacze (31, 32) paliwa niskokalorycznego (8) oraz co najmniej dwa spalinowe podgrzewacze (41, 42) utleniacza (9). Semiadiabatyczna komora spalania (10) nagrzewa się od temperatury otoczenia do temperatury 750°C za pomocą paliwa rozruchowego (6), podczas gdy paliwo niskokaloryczne (8) oraz utleniacz (9) są podgrzewane na podgrzewaczach spalinowych (31, 32, 41 i 42) do temperatury docelowej wynoszącej do 800°C. Opcjonalnie układ może również służyć do podgrzewu mediów technologicznych, dzięki doposażeniu go w spalinowy podgrzewacz (24) lub/oraz co najmniej jeden parowy podgrzewacz (23) medium technologicznego (2) oraz do produkcji pary lub do produkcji pary i energii elektrycznej, dzięki doposażeniu go w spalinowy podgrzewacz (51) lub/oraz parowy podgrzewacz (52) wody (5) oraz układ (11) turbiny z generatorem energii elektrycznej (4) napędzany parą (3).
