Abstract
Przedmiotem rozwiązania jest dyspersja oleju smarowego z dodatkiem 0,01% - 1,0% m/m nanocząstek dwustopniowo funkcjonalizowanej krzemionki typu SBA-15, zawierającej grupy amidowe. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytworzenia dyspersji oleju smarowego z dodatkiem na bazie nanocząstek krzemionki poprawiającym właściwości smarne, który polega na tym, że do oleju smarowego wprowadza się 0,01% - 1,0% m/m dwustopniowo funkcjonalizowanej krzemionki typu SBA-15, zawierającej grupy amidowe i homogenizuje się najpierw mieszadłem mechanicznym, przy prędkości obrotowej 2000 - 20000 1/min przez 10 - 30 minut, a następnie sonikatorem przez 5 - 30 minut.
