Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ekologiczny uwodniony dodatek do paliw stałych, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera wodę w ilości 10% - 90% wagowych, mocznik w ilości 0,1% - 15% wagowych, cytrynian żelaza (II) zobojętniony dimetyloaminoetanolem do pH większego niż 7,0 w ilości korzystnie 0,001% - 5% wagowych w przeliczeniu na metal — żelazo, reszta dodatki w ilości co najmniej od 0,1% -5% wagowych.
