Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest absorber energii znajdujący zastosowanie szczególnie w pojazdach jako element przedniego lub tylnego urządzenia zabezpieczającego. Absorber energii zawierający korpus, w którym umieszczony jest element tnący oraz wałek absorbera podlegający skrawaniu, charakteryzuje się tym, że korpus absorbera zawiera tuleję prowadzącą (1), w której umieszczona jest płyta prowadząca (2) oraz zespół tnący (3). Tuleja prowadząca (1) od strony zespołu tnącego (3) połączona jest z tuleją podstawy (4), a wałek absorbera ma trzy strefy: prowadzącą, absorbującą i mocującą. Strefa prowadząca wałka absorbera jest osadzona suwliwie w płycie prowadzącej (2) i zespole tnącym (3). Średnica strefy prowadzącej wałka absorbera jest mniejsza od średnicy zewnętrznej stref absorbującej i mocującej.The subject of the application is an energy absorber used particularly in vehicles as a component of a front or rear safety device. An energy absorber comprising a body in which a cutting element is arranged and an absorber shaft subject to cutting is characterized in that the absorber body comprises a guide sleeve (1) in which a guide plate (2) and a cutting assembly (3) are arranged. The guide sleeve (1) is connected to a base sleeve (4) on the side of the cutting assembly (3), and the absorber shaft has three zones: a guide zone, an absorbing zone, and a mounting zone. The guide zone of the absorber shaft is slidably mounted in the guide plate (2) and the cutting assembly (3). The diameter of the guide zone of the absorber shaft is smaller than the outer diameter of the absorbing and mounting zones.
