Abstract

Komora do dojrzewania i suszenia dekoracyjnych płytek betonowych wyposażona w zespół wentylatorów (10) i nagrzewnic (11) oraz automatyczny system sterowania, znamienna tym, że w ścianie grodziowej (1) łączącej sufit konstrukcji komory z sufitem pozornym (2) zamontowane są w jednej linii rewersyjne wentylatory osiowe (10) połączone trwale z nagrzewnicami (11), nad wentylatorami osiowymi (10) oraz nagrzewnicami (11) umieszczone są kierownice (4) trwale przymocowane z jednej strony do sufitu konstrukcji a z drugiej strony do ścian (3c) komory leżących prostopadle względem sufitu, natomiast do przeciwległych względem siebie ścian (3c) komory zamontowane są pod kątem do nich płyty (7), które z panelami (3b)) tworzą kanały powietrzne (3a), panele (3b) posiadają odpowiednią grubość oraz prostokątne równoległe względem siebie otwory, panele (3b) wyposażone są dodatkowo w elastyczne kurtyny (5), pod panelami (3b) zamontowane są stalowe profile zamknięte (8) a stos podestów (6) z umieszczonym na nim wsadem ustawiony jest na palecie EUR(9).
