Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest peptyd oznaczony jako UG27 0 sekwencji aminokwasowej Phe-Phe-Gly-Val-Asn-Pro-Lys-Tyr-Lys-Gln-Lys-Arg-Arg - (FFGVNPKYKQKRR) stanowiący środek o działaniu stymulującym osteogenezę komórek mezenchymanych pozyskiwanych z tkanki tłuszczowej. Zgłoszenie obejmuje również zastosowanie medyczne peptydu UG27 jako leku, który może pobudzać proces osteogenezy w komórkach stromalnych u ludzi w celu leczenia ubytków kostnych.
