Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób i urządzenie do ciągłego termicznego przetwarzania odpadowych tworzyw sztucznych. Sposób ciągłego, bezodpadowego termicznego przetwarzania odpadowych poliolefin wykorzystujący reaktor poziomy zaopatrzony w wewnętrzny system transportu surowca polega na tym, że proces prowadzi się w sposób ciągły w temperaturze 600°C - 980°C, korzystnie 780°C - 870°C i pod ciśnieniem poniżej 100 kPa, korzystnie 20-30 kPa, do uzyskania szerokiej frakcji węglowodorowej o długości łańcucha węglowodorowego C1-C70 oraz płynnego w temperaturze powyżej 180 stopni C komponentu asfaltowego zawierającego związki węglowe >C70.
