Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element (10) zabezpieczający, zawierający co najmniej jedno wewnętrzne spersonalizowane (15) oznaczenie, niewidoczne w świetle VIS/odbitym i widoczne w świetle przechodzącym, umieszczone pomiędzy dwoma warstwami nietransparentnymi i/lub translucentnymi, naniesione na części lub na całości ich powierzchni, przy czym z drugiej strony warstw nietransparentnych i/lub translucentnych, niż jest umieszczone wewnętrzne spersonalizowane oznaczenie, znajduje się dowolna liczba warstw transparentnych, przy czym opcjonalnie pomiędzy dwoma warstwami nietransparentnymi i/lub translentnymi zawarta jest co najmniej jedna dodatkowa warstwa transparentna. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również nośnik (1) danych zawierający element (10) zabezpieczający oraz sposób wykonania nośnika (1) danych.
