Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest faza typu ograniczonego roztworu stałego domieszkowanego jonami d-elektronowego metalu według wynalazku o ogólnym wzorze Mm1-3x xFe2xWO4, gdzie 0<x≤0,08, a oznacza wakancje w sieci krystalicznej. The subject of the application is a confined solid solution phase doped with d-electron metal ions according to the invention, having the general formula Mm1-3x xFe2xWO4, where 0<x≤0.08, and a denotes vacancies in the crystal lattice. The application also covers a method for producing a confined solid solution phase doped with d-electron metal ions, according to the invention, which is characterized in that manganese(II) oxide in an amount of 41.30 mol% to 49.50 mol% is mixed with iron(III) oxide in an amount of 0.25 mol% to 4.35 mol% and tungsten(VI) oxide in an amount of 50.25 mol% to 54.35 mol%. The mixture is calcined at a temperature of 900°C to 995°C, then cooled to obtain a product with the general formula Mm1-3x xFe2xWO4, where 0 <x≤0.08 a denotes vacancies in the crystal lattice.
