Abstract
Zgłoszenie zapewnia układ do odpylania gazów ze zgazowania lub pirolizy materiału palnego charakteryzujący się tym, że posiada reaktor (1) zgazowania lub pirolizy materiału palnego (2), w którym umieszczony jest cylinder filtrujący (4) połączony z usytuowanym w jego osi rurociągiem wylotowym gazu odpylonego (5), przy czym na zewnętrznej powierzchni (6) cylindra filtrującego (4) znajduje się warstwa filtrująca (7), natomiast wewnątrz cylindra filtrującego (4) wbudowany jest aparat zdmuchujący (8) usytuowany obrotowo względem cylindra filtrującego (4) w jego osi, a aparat zdmuchujący (8) zbudowany jest z podłużnej dyszy szczelinowej (9) przylegającej do wewnętrznej powierzchni (10) cylindra filtrującego (4) połączonej z osiowo usytuowanym rurociągiem wlotowym (11) czynnika gazowego ciągłego zdmuchiwania (12). Zgłoszenie ujawnia również sposób odpylania gazów ze zgazowania lub pirolizy materiału palnego.The application provides a system for dedusting gases from the gasification or pyrolysis of combustible material, characterized in that it has a reactor (1) for gasification or pyrolysis of combustible material (2), in which a filter cylinder (4) is located, connected to an outlet pipeline (5) of the dedusted gas located along its axis, wherein on the outer surface (6) of the filter cylinder (4) there is a filter layer (7), while inside the filter cylinder (4) there is built a blow-off device (8) arranged rotatably with respect to the filter cylinder (4) along its axis, and the blow-off device (8) is constructed of an elongated slot nozzle (9) adjacent to the inner surface (10) of the filter cylinder (4) connected to an axially located inlet pipeline (11) of a continuous blow-off gas medium (12). The application also discloses a method for dedusting gases from the gasification or pyrolysis of combustible material.
