Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest implant cylindryczny zawierający warstwy polimeru o różnej budowie charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera co najmniej cztery warstwy polimeru o budowie włóknistej, w którym: pierwsza warstwa (1) polimeru zbudowana jest z włókien polimerowych o średniej średnicy włókien polimerowych nie większej niż 500 nm, porowatości co najmniej 50% i średnim rozmiarze porów, nie większym niż 10 µm, druga warstwa (2) polimeru zbudowana jest z włókien polimerowych o średniej średnicy włókien polimerowych nie większej niż 1500 nm i porowatości nie większej niż 1%, trzecia warstwa (3) polimeru zbudowana jest z włókien polimerowych o średniej średnicy włókien polimerowych nie większej niż 1500 nm, porowatości co najmniej 50% i średnim rozmiarze porów nie mniejszym niż 10 µm, czwarta warstwa (4) polimeru zbudowana jest z włókien polimerowych o średniej średnicy włókien polimerowych nie większej niż 1500 nm, porowatości co najmniej 50% i średnim rozmiarze porów nie mniejszym niż 10 µm, a jednocześnie pierwsza warstwa (1) polimeru i czwarta warstwa (4) polimeru pokryte są poli(katecholaminą).
