Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do automatycznego układania produktów na paletach, szczególnie produktów sypkich w opakowaniach workowych. Urządzenie według wynalazku charakteryzuje się tym, że układ przenośnika teleskopowego (1) jest połączony ruchowo z układem platformy układającej (2), gdzie przenośnik teleskopowy (1) stanowi przenośnik przesuwny zamocowany przesuwnie w ramie obrotowej przenośnika, której oś skrętna zamocowana jest do ramy poprzez układ łożysk, a punkt podparcia stanowią rolki prowadzące zmiany kąta, natomiast przenośnik przesuwny połączony jest z uchwytem, stanowiącym element układu wózka chwytaka, poprzez ramię mocujące, zaś chwytak stanowi element platformy układającej (2) zawierającej ramę nośną, do której to ramy nośnej w górnej strefie zamocowana jest rama jezdna z wózkiem chwytaka, zaś w dolnej strefie do ramy nośnej zamocowany jest układ płyt rozsuwanych (2), połączonych z belką napędową, przy czym uchwyt przenośnika teleskopowego (1) zamocowany jest do ramy wózka chwytaka, do którego zamocowany jest wieniec obrotu chwytaka połączony z napędem, zaś uchwyt obrotowy chwytaka jest połączony z osią trzymającą pochył chwytaka.The subject of the application is a device for automatic stacking of products on pallets, especially loose products in bag packaging. The device according to the invention is characterized in that the telescopic conveyor system (1) is movably connected to the stacking platform system (2), where the telescopic conveyor (1) is a sliding conveyor slidably mounted in the rotary frame of the conveyor, the torsion axis of which is mounted to the frame by a bearing system, and the support point is constituted by rollers guiding the angle change, while the sliding conveyor is connected to the holder, which is an element of the gripper carriage system, by a mounting arm, and the gripper is an element of the stacking platform (2) comprising a support frame, to which the support frame in the upper zone is mounted a driving frame with a gripper carriage, and in the lower zone a system of sliding plates (2) is attached to the support frame, connected to the drive beam, wherein the telescopic conveyor holder (1) is mounted to the frame of the gripper carriage, to which the rotation ring of the gripper connected to the drive is mounted, and the rotational holder of the gripper is connected to the axis holding the gripper inclination.
