Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania sorbentu z użyciem węgla brunatnego oraz bentonitu, gdzie węgiel brunatny miesza się z bentonitem w proporcji odpowiednio 75-80:25—20 w temperaturze od 20°C do 22°C do uzyskania jednolitej masy, przy czym składniki mieszanki sorbentu mają wielkość ziaren od 0,06 mm do 0,2 mm. Następnie mieszankę sorbentu poddaje się granulacji z dodatkiem pyłu klinkieru w ilości od 25% wag. do 30% wag. w stosunku do sporządzonej mieszanki sorbentu oraz z dodatkiem wody o temperaturze od 18°C do 25°C, przy czym wodę dodaje się w ilości do uzyskania granul o wielkości w przedziale od 1 do 8 mm. W kolejnym kroku uzyskane granule suszy się i przesiewa na sitach o frakcji od 2 do 4 mm, po czym aktywuje się je przy użyciu 0,4 — 0,5 molowego roztworu kwasu solnego, w czasie od 20 do 25 godzin, w temperaturze od 20°C do 22°C, a masa granul w stosunku do objętości roztworu kwasu solnego wynosi od 40 g/L do 60 g/L, po czym w końcowym etapie całość przepłukuje się kilkukrotnie wodą redestylowaną i suszy.
