Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób i instalacja do oczyszczania biogazu do biometanu. Sposób wg wynalazku zawiera następujące etapy: wstępne oczyszczanie surowego biogazu w zbiorniku z demisterem (Z1) oraz na filtrze (F1), a następnie sprężanie kompresorem (C1) surowego biogazu do ciśnienia 6÷12 bar, podgrzewanie surowego biogazu do temperatury 200÷300°C, odsiarczanie surowego biogazu w reaktorze lub zespole dwóch lub więcej reaktorów (R1, R2) drogą adsorpcji zanieczyszczeń na złożu sorbentu cynkowego (ZnO) w temperaturze 200÷300°C, schładzanie odsiarczonego biogazu do temperatury w zakresie 30÷40°C z równoczesnym wykropleniem kondensatu i odprowadzeniem go poza instalację, oczyszczanie biogazu do biometanu na instalacji dwustopniowej adsorpcji zmiennociśnieniowej (A1÷A8) na sorbentach pochłaniających dwutlenek węgla, azot i tlen, przy czym na pierwszym stopniu (A1÷A4) zachodzi adsorpcja ciśnieniowa pod ciśnieniem schłodzonego gazu odsiarczonego, z wytworzeniem biometanu zawierającego co najmniej 98% metanu, który kieruje się do sieci lub zbiornika magazynowego, a na drugim stopniu (A5÷A8) zachodzi adsorpcja pod próżnią (vPSA)(-1)÷25 kPa, z której wytworzony biometan kierowany jest na wlot kompresora sprężania (C1) w etapie odsiarczania, spalanie metanu z gazów zwrotnych z PSA w reaktorze-utylizatorze (R3) przez katalityczne utlenienie przy udziale powietrza, powietrza wzbogaconego w tlen albo czystego tlenu. Instalacja wg wynalazku zawiera m.in.: kompresor biogazu (C1), zespół odsiarczania zawierający jeden lub więcej reaktorów (R1, R2) połączonych do pracy równoległej albo szeregowej, dwustopniową sekcję PSA składającą się z dwóch modułów PSA po minimum cztery adsorbery każdy, pracujące w układzie równoległym lub szeregowym, z których pierwszy moduł (A1÷A4) jest przeznaczony do pracy pod ciśnieniem, a drugi (A5÷A8) pod próżnią, reaktor-utylizator do spalania metanu z gazów zwrotnych z drugiego modułu instalacji PSA (vPSA), zespół dwóch wymienników ciepła (E1, E2) między kompresorem a zespołem odsiarczania, przeznaczonych do podgrzewania sprężonego biogazu ciepłem gazu odsiarczonego (pierwszy wymiennik) i spalin z reaktora utylizacji (drugi wymiennik).
